Refund Policy

Online Color Consultations

We understand that your plans can change. Within 14 days and before you submit your questionnaire and photos, we will provide a refund less a 5% administration fee.

After 14 days OR once the consultation is complete, we cannot provide a refund.

Our objective is to make you happy. If you have any objections or concerns about our recommendations, please share them with photos of your color tests so we can have the opportunity to adjust your selections.

We offer several options as part of our color consultation and recommend that you test your paint colors as a standard industry practice. The color designer is not liable for the quality of workmanship or products where the painting is completed by the customer or independent contractor

Ready-Made Palettes and Color Guides

We believe that you will be thrilled with your purchase, so we’ll give you a full refund for any reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

These are ready-made and not custom color consultations, and we do our best to show which finishes work best with the products. Even so, these color schemes may not be the right paint colors for your home. Please test carefully as indicated in the Paint Color Testing Guidelines that are part of each guide.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 HOURS notice.

Our Policy:

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 HOURS will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
